Digital Marketing Assistant

Freelance – 100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an extremely organized, creative & motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our awesome team. You will assist a team of project managers with a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of various digital projects.

A typical day looks like this:

       - Log into our ticket management system

       - Organize your tickets for the day

       - Talk with the project managers to refine requirements

       - Spend a half of a day send marketing outreach emails and making outbound calls for a client

       - Get quotes for different software packages

       - Write up a report for a client on affiliate marketing signups

       - Communicate with team via Slack

Main Responsibilities:

       - Provide digital marketing project management support

       - Tasks include:

            - Outbound Email Outreach

            - Outbound Calling

            - Software Research

            - Graphic Design

            - E-Commerce and Content Management System Updates

            - Implement and pilot apps for E-Commerce and CMS’

            - CRM Updates and Management

            - Content Creation

            - Report Generation

            - Quality Assurance


       - Previous Digital Marketing experience (1 year minimum or equivalent relevant experience)

       - Previous Outbound Calling sales experience

       - Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams

       - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Technology or similar field (or 2+ years of relevant experience)


       - Experience working with Atlassian/Jira (or similar project management software)

       - Experience in Slack or similar platform

       - Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento) or equivalent

       - Experience with Wordpress, Webflow, Squarespace or equivalent

       - High levels of autonomy & self-motivation

       - Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

       - Excellent verbal communication skills
