We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist who is eager to put their experience to work for our many clients. Your knowledge and talent will need to be as diverse as our client base. You need to be able to deftly work with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter along with Alignable, Tik Tok and Snapchat. If you’ve built lead gen campaigns utilizing social platforms, you are who we’re looking for. You’ve also managed ‘talent’ to get them to influencer status. The successful candidate needs to be extremely collaborative, self-motivated and self-directed.

The ideal candidate should have three to five years of social media experience including:
- Creating social media strategy from the ground up
- Creative experience including graphics and video
- Content writing for social platforms
- Able to demonstrate how you built a client's social media presence
- Boosting people to “influencer” status
- Getting influencers sponsored and monetizing their social media presence
- Paid social / boosting ads
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Software Development, Graphic Design or an applicable field
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while meeting short and long term deadlines
- Experience with Slack, Jira, and Confluence
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
