Prestige Distribution, Inc. specializes in  the distribution and installation of custom fixtures for commercial restrooms and building maintenance. They needed to rebuild their e-commerce business capabilities from the ground up to create new streams of revenue.

  • PBT had a WordPress website that was not set up for E-commerce or conversions. Their website only served to drive people into their stores and provide data and specs on the tools that their customers were using.

Product Description Pages (PDP)

  • After Main Event Digital (MED) worked with PBT to create an E-commerce experience, we were faced with the challenge of having incomplete product data and content on Product Description Pages (PDP). Without the right information, PBT’s products would not qualify to be sold in Google Merchant Center.

Pricing

  • PBT was also confronted with the challenge of how to properly price products online so they could stand out in a competitive landscape. Prior to working with MED, PBT didn’t have any E-commerce experience and had no way to grow their business outside of the state of Florida.

Instead of expanding their territory to another state or building another store, Power Bolt and Tool worked with MED to create a Shopify website that could take in orders from all over the United States. MED also helped PBT transfer all content and assets to their new website in a seamless process.

Lead Generation – $260k in revenue came from web-related customers, and $112k came from Shopify. Additionally, we’ve been converting many Shopify accounts into commercial accounts. The commercial accounts we’ve started far outweigh the sales from Shopify, and that’s real value.

Immediate Growth – Power Bolt and Tool’s revenue has grown 28.5% in the last 12 months.
