How are clients billed?

No matter what size your business is, Main Event has a monthly plan that will fit your needs and budget. We invoice each month with payments due via bank transfers, check or company credit card within 30 days.

How long does an engagement last?

As long as you need. Our monthly plans are flexible for the length of time your project takes or digital marketing campaign lasts, whether its several months or several years.

Do you perform a la carte projects or only ongoing services?

Both. We can build a custom work plan that fits your needs. On shorter projects, we can provide you with a quote up-front, based on project parameters. Our job is not complete until your needs are met.

What is your service cancellation policy?

With our monthly service agreements, you have the option to end your engagement at any time with 14 days’ notice.

What if I need services that are included at a higher subscription level than my budget, but not others?

We can cater your subscription plan to include anything you do need and omit anything you don’t. Our team can find a fee and service plan that will fit most any budget.

Do you handle fulfillment?

We can make sure that your ecommerce presence is functional, looks great and turns leads into customers. However, while Main Event does not directly manage inventory or product delivery, we can recommend and act as your liaison with third-party inventory managers and fulfillment processors.

Do you manage search?

What other tactics do you utilize?

We will use a variety of tactics, customized to your busines. Paid media, social media, email marketing, and website optimization are among the many tools we will deploy on your behalf.  We will help you raise awareness for your business, bring more traffic to your site, engage with more customers, turn leads into sales, and grow your business.

Will Main Event work with our existing marketing team?

We can integrate seamlessly with your existing team to manage tasks and projects that you do not have the bandwidth to perform, as well as act as your entire digital marketing and sales team. Your dedicated project manager will make sure that every task within your contract scope is met on time and on budget. Main Event can also provide training and team development for your existing staff so that they have the tools to maintain the performance of any marketing campaign we build going forward.

Who will manage my project?

What reports will we receive?

Each week, you will receive project status updates that include milestones met, tasks outstanding, performance benchmarks, strategy insights as well as ROI performance. Your project manager will work with you to tailor these reports to the data and performance indicators most important to you.

How often will we receive updates?

Main Event typically provides performance and project milestone reports at the beginning of each week, along with a monthly wrap-up report.  Your Project Manager will be in touch with you on a regular basis to keep initiatives moving forward.

What are your hours of operation?

Our main hours of operation are 9am – 5pm Central Standard time. However, we have team members located throughout the country that can maintain flexible hours based on your location and project needs.
